    I pulled out the Dos Equis XX Team today for a little ride at the Sunset Valley greenbelt. I had a couple of issues. The steering was a little crooked, rear brake cable was a little tight, and my seat post inched down during the ride, Dang, I need one of those multi-tools. Maybe Santa will put one in my stocking.

    I was looking at that chain on the CudaComp today.. And no wonder it broke. It was the same chain that was on it when I bought the bike. I thought I had replaced it, but it had some piece of crap HP chain..

    Dude’s… I am really enjoying riding my $45 A2R. Rides good. Shifts good. Handles good. Downhills good. Looks good.. Just an all around nice ride..

    I tried a pair of Kool-Stop’s Eagle Claw from my local LBS this weekend and found the pads were hitting my forks when the cables were unloaded, preventing me from being able to remove my tire. I could have mounted them backwards, but would have gone against the design of how the pads kick out on the following edge. I clearly had the wrong pad.
