Agree Don, I have said the same myself on here! I started riding again with my old riding buddy but he was in a wreck ( not his fault, some clown ran into him ) and my other riding buddy ( just rides TT bike now, but I have a couple of older road bikes I use with him ) has been off due to health issues…sucks becoming older ! But I have been eating better and doing simple exercise routine from my past life as a martial artist, kills me how things that were so easy when I was young and in shape make me cry like a little girl now. Anyways in a little over a month I do believe I have drop 15 to 20 pounds and lost a few waist sizes just from drinking no more COKE and better diet…no late night garbage eating as well with lite exercise. I need to check which scale is correct between the two I have been using because one shows 15 lbs less and the second shows 20 lbs. My buddy and I have been going to a new trail that just open up for off road riding but Florida has been seeing rain often the last month or so and our last ride at that site we played U boat with our bikes..when I got home I took my wheels off to drain water out of the tires and hope my Chris King hubs are ok, I do not have the tools for Kings. Soon as he can ride again we plan on hitting one of the older sites. I would post pictures but have not been able to in sometime..not sure what the deal is there because I had no issue before.
