GREAT…can not wait to see pictures,should do a before and after set up so we can see the pictures together. As far as the brakes go and I know you just set up different brakes but if you get to where they bother you try a set of Avid brakes…I know with mine it only takes a single finger to stop the bike easy.

Hahah….The seat on my bike is about 14/15 years old and it is new compared to that beater of a chair in the background. By the way,do they still make them….my son will be mad at me if I take the one off his bike and get him something different. Then again…I do like the look of some of the new carbon seats. And yes to Thomson post…wish my son’s new bike would have taking my back up like his other bike did…Will get one in the right size for his birthday or Christmas,that will put a big smile on his face to get rid of that bontrager post that has the weight of a tank……..So what will we do next week…pictures of stem’s,cranks…???

It is a great feeling riding with your kids.My daughter will ride a bit but my son and I go riding all the time.

This is killing me,if only a size 14 ….in my own state….heck I could have gone up for a weekend of cavediving and pick the frame up on way back….Hope someone on here get the thing so we can see it built up .

Nice old pic’s there….and yes we have talk about that before,there is no going back I fear. Cal has alot of COOL history for outdoor sports and would love to see it someday…but I love Florida and would never move from here. By the way…my son and I run around to the same creeks,woods and trails(that are still around) that I did as a kid..plus on none school nights we run out for night rides thru the cemetery and around which he loves….good thing I am a old kid myself
