Frame just got here and condition wise it is as expected (very rideable with the war chips) but I was pleasantly surprised and excited that it is an 18″ and not 19″. Bad news for my 18″ A2E that I currently ride on the trials. Not sure if on the build yet and whether or not I strip and repaint yet now or later.

I think I was using my A2V as a price-point which is probably unfair. Paying top dollar ($400 aw/ shipping) for that one I thought this would be in the similar range since the condition was not as good. Although I did not realize this was a $3k bike new. That being said, I will probably drop a bid and see what happens…I don’t think I will BIN at $550 all (incl shipping).

Buy it now recently lowered to $500. Thoughts on a fair market value? Condition seems so so…I would be interested in the $300 range all in with shipping.- May 23, 2014 at 1:08 pm

lol guys. I am no 1% and if I was my ex-wife would pull me out of that bracket pretty quick. Although I do work for a small hedge fund (operations role). Also that Hamptons house is my folks house not mine. Please don’t label me…not at least until Neo tells me how to fix my chain slip!!!

Born in the Bronx, raised a bit north of NYC. Currently live in NYC but had a five year stay in Dallas (that is where my son currently lives).I ride mostly in the Hamptons on weekends with a few rides upstate.

This post made my day. I wish I got my ring back from the ex…I would have 10 Yetis in my collectionNice…Brings back the days in my 79 Trans AmThanks all. She rides pretty well…I still have some chain slip in my high gear and I have to tinker with the FD or shifter as I am not getting all three front chainrings. I will say that I like the climbing ability as the ceramic rims really keep the weight down.Unfortunately she is getting a rest tomorrow as I am going to show some love to the A2V. I am excited to see how this performs as I haven’t rode her on the trails yet.
I will keep you posted.

That name alone is worthy of owning. Unfortunately Neo I can’t get anymore bikes for a bit…I am like the guy that owns 4 cats.
