Just saw a posting by a UK cyclist/runner in bike BikeRadar.com posting an image of his “Barracuda Squadra”. The frame looks exactly like mine, except mine does not have the Barracuda decals. He refers to his frame as a mtb frame, a Barracuda Squadra. Anyone familiar with this model? I can’t find any record of it on the Barracuda databases.
He too has turned the bike into a road bike.
Recently, I discovered that the chain line on the bike is too severe when in the 53 front chainring/25 rear cog, ten speed set up, the chain skipping on the bottom derailleur. Previously, it had an eight, then nine speed set up without problems. Anyone who could enlighten me as to the nature/origin of this frame, I’d be grateful.[/img]
