    Sheesh it isn’t even the snow at this point- the inversion has the valley looking like L.A. Can’t ride a mile without feeling like I’ve been a pack a day smoker for 20 years.

    And the seatpost…. It’s long enough to reach from the bottom of the seat the to the frame.

    I was in a pretty bad head on collsion in ’07, my knee hit the dashboard and my hand went though the windshield with my elbow hitting the A-pillar, disintegrating my elbow and leg from upper shin to hip. They had to put humpty dumpty back together again. Said I wouldn’t walk normally again. Showed them.

    Damn, my A2MS has been banned to the garage/bike shop. She usually stays in the mostly unused breakfast nook (?) of the kitchen. I got home from that ride and My Queen said “you’re not bringing that thing in here.” So I broke up with her, packed my stuff and left. –Or– I said “yes, dear.”

    Yeah. My dad used to say, “Locks are only to keep honest folks honest.” He never locked his truck or house a day in his life. Probably not a good idea to have him catch a stranger inside either one of them tho’.

    Facking lame sauce. I had a 90’s Trek Single Track snatched in exactly 10 seconds, parked-walked in the store, remembered I shoulda locked it up, turned around to go back outside, and it was gone. Kind of a blessing, tho, that’s how I picked up my A2R!

    I was so busy eating the food it didn’t last long enough to get a picture. I did a traditional roast beef, carrots, potatoes, onions etc… some nice hors d’oeurves with whole wheat baguette crostini topped with smoked salmon (lox) cream cheese, capers, a sliver of red onion, and smoked some mutton short ribs doused in a Carolina style mustard-jalapeno BBQ sauce. The ole’ lady complimented it with some Old Fashioned’s (bourbon, marachino cherries, fresh oranges). It’s funny cause the lox snacks are Jewish, on a christian holiday. I put the onion slivers on in the shape of a christian fish tho!

    Aaannnnddd…..I may be holding on to the 2.35’s awhile- they handled the snow and slush very well.
