I had a few requests for the scans, I’m working on it now so I should have them out soon. I didn’t bother scaning the A2M decal since it looks like most everyone’s bike is something else. I scanned the tire track decal, head tube decal and the downtube decal (in both red/yellow and blue/yellow). As far as the quality of the scan I’m not sure what is considered High Resolution, I just put them on my scanner and hit scan I f they aren’t good let me know and I’ll look into changing the settings on my scanner if possible.

Mark, I don’t have photoshop so I can’t open that totally driven file that you have the link too.

Na, that was it. I had posted a thread on MTBR saying that I was interested in any barracuda stuff that people may have and this guy sent it to me for nothing. it was before the days of paypal or anything like that. He was just a cool guy from Colorado who said he had it laying around in his garage and wanted to give it to someone who would appreciate it. And I do!

About the same time I picked up the seat I was looking for other barracuda stuff and I got this banner from a guy in Colorado. You can see the size of it in relation to the size of my bike.

I have a full set of replacement decals for my A2M that I picked up years ago incase I ever decided to do a repaint but replacement frame decals would be really hard to find now I would think. You could probably have a paint shop copy them. I could scan the ones that I have and email them to you if that would help in anyway.

I was thinking the same thing, most of the bikes look awsome and are pretty true to the period, I haven’t gone that route and was thiniking about putting a hundred on the front but I keep holding back thinking that when the bikes were designed, normal hardtails were using 80 at most so I didn’t want to mess up the ride. I would love to hear from soneome who tried it though.

I found this bike a week or two ago on my local CL but haven’t had time to go see it. I would grab it for my self if the frame were a bit bigger. I’m trying to talk my brother in law in to getting it for a few less $$ and letting me redo it for him.

NICE! I had the chance years ago to buy a really small cuda frame that I was going to build for my wife who is 5ft and I passed on it and I’ve kicked my self ever since. Seeing this makes it even worse. Really cool, along with the bikes in your other post as well.

Probably about 10 years ago I got it off of MTBR and it hung on my wall for a while while I rode a lighter seat but then not too long ago I just said screw it, it’s too cool not to have on the bike.
