Give it a try and post the results. I’ve been thinking of something new to do with my A2E and that is an interesting thought that I might consider if it works out

Wow, nasty looking elbow. Mine resembled that when it first happened getting the dirt and rocks out is the worst part.

LOL, that is pretty funny. It’s several hours north of where I live though. I googled it and it looks like there is a sanatorium rd that intersects with rt. 31. Not a good word to misspell when trying to get people to come to your garage sale! It is crazy (no pun intended) that they sneak barracuda mountain bike in there at the end of the list of dead animals. I’m going to email to see if there he has any more details on the bike. given the rest of the list it could be a stuffed baracuda made into a bike, LOL.

Oh Yeah, I’ve definately had a long term case of that same condition that would flare up from time to time over the years but this past year or two I’ve been in remission and have been riding again!

I’m 40 now and as much as I enjoy hammering a fast winding single track I’m just as happy, searching for upgrade parts or riding gear with a cold one in my hand.

I felt the same way for years until my cuda broke and I picked up my StumpJumper. I was at first looking for a hard tail but decided to give the FS a try and wasn’t convinced until I rode it for a few months. I definatley still have a love for hard tails (cudas in particular) but for anything steep and rocky the FS is the way to go for me. when I was 20 even 30 I’d ride the cuda down the ski slopes but my body can’t take that kind of beating anymore so a little squishy on the back of the frame is nice.

Yeah, the rubber seems to break down. The Panaracer smoke is my all time favorite tire. I recently picked up a continental trail king because it reminded me of the smoke and I love this tire.

I would love to see a modern geometry FS cuda for some All mountain riding!

Wow, I’d give that a shot if I could! Costco in NJ doesn’t sell alcohol. we can only buy it in liquor stores and I’ve never seen costco brand. Long trail ale from VT is good, for a little more kick I like their double bag. I’m also a long time fan of killians although I haven’t had it lateley.

Bike looks great Mix. when I crashed and cracked my rib a few weeks back I wrecked my 15 Y/O camel bak as well. breaking something is always a good reason to get something new!

What I want is someone who can print them on clear for me just like the originals. Gone to a bit of trouble on this and want it to look the best it can.

I know that CTK used thecycleshed.co.uk to make decals from my scans that Mark has posted on this board. You can also try vcgraphix.com in Colorado who do decals for custome bike builders. CTK passed this on to me as well. Good Luck.

It’s a great looking bike. I love the old style carbon fiber where you can see the weave unlike the new stuff that just looks like plastic. My A2M was a 98 aluminum and had the replaceable drop out.
