    I think I mentioned it before, but I’ll throw the idea out there again..

    Can I get some hands in the air on a biking adventure to Durango, Colorado? I’m thinking of making the journey either this summer or next, and it’d be pretty sweet to have some peeps from the board to tag along with.

    Among other things to do on the trip, I would be:

    – Visiting the former headquarters of the Barracuda Bicycle Company.
    – Stopping in and lunching with Chris Herting, who was instrumental in the process which produced the bikes we all love.
    – Taking an epic ride with a pro or 2 from the area. Might even convince a former Barracuda rider to tag along!

    Thoughts on this? As I said, I’m going myself, but it’d be nice to have some others on the trip too. I’m thinking of doing over the course of 2 days on a weekend.

    Jesus man, has it been six months already? I know you only grace us with your contributions twice a year, me oh my, how the time passes! Nice to see your name on the board again, any of you FNG’s might not have ever seen a posting by Sith. Sith goes back to the early days of the original Cuda site and Sith has one of the prettiest Cudas! (viewtopic.php?f=11&t=28&start=0) You still have your decked out Comp don’t you? I know how you love your BMX bikes, I always feared that you’d dump Cuda for some 70’s BMX Holy Grail if you had the chance.

    How’s momma and the family? Got any recent pics to share?

    Yeah man, that sounds damn tasty too! I could just stand next to my Cuda drinkin’ a beer… like those idiots I always see at the trailhead, standing around showing off their bikes and not riding. 🙄

    Dude, I’m not talking expert (or even sport) class riding. I’m talking a bunch of out-of-shape guys riding leisurely along some of the trails that make this region famous. We do a couple leisure rides in the am, then head to the eatery and scarf fries and gravy while hoisting beers and chatting with a pro that we can convince to come out, then tour around town and see if we can find the old Barracuda box trailer and have a pic out front of it.

    Need more arm twisting?

    Yea I still have em haniging in the garage collecting dust. Unfourtanaly theres no way I can get out there. But it would be fun.
