If I had funds I would do it and I know it’s not a cheap deal….but how many of these have come on the market. I hope you go for it Mix and make her shine again so I can at least see pictures of it !!!!
I know it has some ugly battle wounds on the chain stay, but it needs loving…wish I could give it !

That would certainly be the crown jewel in a Barracuda collection! My collection of bikes is too diversified and Mark has his Ultimate project… guess Sheriff Mixalive needs a new project! Don’t worry the misses won’t notice another!- November 2, 2013 at 6:31 pm
Man I wish I could, thought I do have a set of doubles that one of the guys at the dive shop wants…..And just for Derek….IT IS A FRAME FOR SHORT PEOPLE

my apologies but it was me. I wasn’t aware that you were interested Mix.I ended up buying for the GF and pulled the trigger as she loved the color scheme.

Well be glad, that is a rare Cuda…we have only seen three go up for sale. They did not make many of them to begin with….If I had the funds I would have jump on it myself BUT…So please do build pictures so it can be seen .- November 3, 2013 at 3:20 pm
will do…I am probably going to get the frame powder coated and painted first. Going to do it the right way…also going to be so jealous watching the GF ride.- November 3, 2013 at 5:31 pm
That is ok because you will not be the only one jealous, if I had money like I use to I would have done the buy now when I found it on e-bay instead of doing the post for Mix. But as far as I know he is the other one that is on the forum enough where the Pm would have been noticed soon that rides a 14. By the way, measure that thing when you get it please..from the picture the rear of that frame does look like a 12 but not sure, if the guy measured wrong that might be a smaller frame..he wrote 15 for the size which means he may have measured to top of post instead of center tube ..but I was so hot to get the news out that a Easton was for sale I did not think about it right off !Enjoy the build and treat it with love….must go cry now, Vinnie đ„

Thanks for the heads up. But I am not really in the market at the moment. I would have expressed this earlier in this thread but I have been town hopping with a production event for the last 5 days. I really prefer to purchase frames that don’t need to be refinished. I am good as long as the decals are still there.
I am also a little leery about aluminum frames that look beat up. Hairline cracks and all. And the overpriced shipping fees I am seeing on some of these auctions is a buzz kill.. But thanks again for thinking of me.- November 5, 2013 at 12:59 am
Understand, two very good points you made there. The shipping cost on some parts does not add up, I feel that is somebody padding their profit and we know you have had your share of fun with cracks.- November 5, 2013 at 1:48 am

Just where have you been, some straight lace guy has been using your tag name and acting like Derek and I have been posting wrongful things against God and nature.
To ease the pain of the nasty crack and a salute to our Cali Cuda brother- November 13, 2013 at 11:02 am
