This is the first early ’93 A2L that I’ve come across in all these years besides my own. Most A2L Cudas have Tange MTN butted tubing, this one like mine a Tange Double Butted CrMo tubing. This one also came with the full “black” LX group where most others I’ve seen had a mix of silver and black LX or full silver LX components. Based on everything I’ve researched, this A2L is one of the early Durango made frames, not one of the late ’93 Taiwanese made. This is a sweet find if you need a large frame… talkin’ to you DEREK!!!
I knew you would try to dodge that first photo… I posted it because I thought it would remind you of those trips to the beach chasing bikinis and longing for a feather haired blonde!
