Thanks for posting this. I saw it earlier but never got around to it.- March 19, 2011 at 3:01 pm
It’s a cool looking little bike, from the one picture it looks pretty clean. Out of all the cuda models the last one I would want is the “BS” though. LOL!- March 19, 2011 at 3:36 pm
LOL! I know.. Why would they name it that? It really stands out, too.- March 19, 2011 at 7:38 pm
I thought it looked pretty small.- March 20, 2011 at 12:36 am
Hey Mark, Where does the A2BS fit into the chart in the “bikes” link? I don’t know but I’m assuming it’s a NY built bike. Any other info that you know about?- March 20, 2011 at 1:22 am
Mark may have some additional light to shed but according to the bike chart, the A2BS was new in the ’97 catalog and appears to have retailed for $725.00… so, it would be a mid-line bike like my A2L and would likely have been an overseas outsourced bike. I doubt that it would have been a NY, USA made at that point.-D-

I talked to the guy and he says its a 14. It does look small though.- March 21, 2011 at 1:16 pm
Yeah, it’s just an A2B with suspension, thus the “S”. Nothing to write home about, imo.. I’d have thought it a 12..- March 21, 2011 at 2:41 pm
Its a Ross built bike, I believe a 7005 alloy frame. Love the color scheme, similar to my a2ms. The s at the end of the names just denotes suspension. I saw this ad a few days ago. Idk if he really wants 400 but of he does its a bit steep imo. I do t understand why the ad says 399+ tax though. It’s almost like its nos that has been sitting in a store all these years or something- March 22, 2011 at 11:06 pm
Ah the s just stands for suspension, thanks guys that clears it up. He says it’s 14 inches from crank bolt to top of seatpost. If I knew it was a 12 and he would come down a bit on price I would pick it up for my daughter.
