How the heck do you guys do it? There is a front cable stop, then just a small horizontal tube right behind the seatpost.

This is the best pic I can find of a similar (but larger) frame than mine (a 12″).

Hoping to run a XTR M900 cantilever on the back, is there a curved cable insert that I am missing? Or should I just run some plastic cable straw material over the whole run, terminating after that weird stop on the seat tube?

    Thanks,

    Ryan

I went ghetto with plastic casing and a zip tie to hold it against the top tube just ahead of the seat tube. Not thrilled with this, but it works.

If anyone has done a cleaner job, I would love pics.

That plastic tubing is not going to last. I use about 3 inches of nylon tubing that I purchased from Aircraft Spruce.

I Stole the idea from NeoPop. This image is from my XX Team. I realize the metal guide tube on your A2MS is welded farther around the back of the seat tube (as is on my A2M) but the idea still works the same. The nylon tube will probably outlive us all.
