    Bought this new in the summer of 1994 from a Barracuda bicycle shop in Raytown, MO which was located off of 50 Hwy.

    New tires, tubes, and a spit shin will probably work just fine. Would like to find a basket case to restore though…found this outfit who has a seemingly good rep and actually is based in Kansas City- not too far from where I live. So, if anyone has a lead on a 16 inch of any Cuda model, let me know….would like to do a XX replica.

    I’ve been in contact with this seller, she is selling her Dad’s bike who is 6 foot and the bike is an 18 incher. And, she can’t ship the bike for some reason.
    It looks like a really nice bike though!

    Yea, Krystle is her name. She is selling a nice XX for $250, but it’s been on Craigslist for 10 days now, so she may be willing to negotiate!

    I would find her area, google a local bike shop near her, call the shop and negotiate a box and ship. Make your deal with the lady and have her drop the bike to the bike shop. Pay the box and ship charge to the bike shop and the deal is done.. That is how I did the deal on my XX Team. I think I paid $60 for box and ship from Tenn to Texas.

    Heck no! Still trying to crawl out of the doghouse from my last bike purchase. I was being hopeful that missourishawn will be able to talk Krystle into dropping it off at a LBS in town and it would then find a loving new home in his stable.
