The 1996 line was not to be.

Financial pressures in 1995 resulted in a company entertaining offers for purchase. The quick sale to Ross Bicycles mid-1995, interrupted efforts to produce the 1996 line, and there was no production run. Ross would soon thereafter produce a 1997 line which closely resembled the projected 1996 line in many respects, but not entirely. The A2TR road bike for example, would never make it off the drawing board, leaving many to speculate how popular a road bike line would have been.
