    True, I had to have a moment of silence when I saw it… but it did suffer! Check the schmeg all over the head tube and that hacked off derailleur hanger. Whatever love was poured into the bike by the original owner was lost on the idiot that ruined it! Some people don’t deserve nice things!!!

    The original owner might have been the one after years of the old girl laying around thinking it might be cool to change it …remember I thought for a brief moment about cutting parts off the Specialized with making it a single speed, then reason took hold and realized it would have no other life!

    :? Nevermind, cracked headtube. I had hopes of making a old school downhill coaster brake bike out of it. Thus saving a very desired frame for me. I really love these old Durango era aluminum Barracudas, let alone one in my size. The wait continue…

    Just sad to see a beauty of a frame so beaten down.

    Actually does anyone here know where or who built the 1995 XX team frames? 3D, Yeti, or Barracuda? Would love to know this bit of info.

    The 1995 XX Team Dos Equis frames were made in Taiwan for Barracuda.

    Mix has head tube savers just for that reason…send a pm his way, but that frame was rode hard and put away wet…just remember that !

    I couldn’t agree more, give me a dive over a bouquoise bar any day of the week!

    C’mon Vinny, it has everything to do with it… beater bikes, mopeds, chubby girls… you don’t want to get caught riding any of the three as your friends will never let you forget your poor choice in pleasure!!!
