Got some new parts installed on my Avanti (my urban assault bicycle) last night. Motivational breakfast…. two small fresh baked potatoes-chopped (started them at 6am), applewood bacon, scallions, a little more applewood bacon, a whole chopped tomato, clove of garlic, all seared in the bacon grease, then topped with melty sharp cheddar cheese. Salt, Tapatio, paprika and pepper. Sign it and frame it. I would have taken a picture but I forgot to because I was chewing. Time to go for a ride.
