    When did shimano switch to silver components for the lx line? I have a 93 stumpy, but my gruppo is black.

    Skubi.. Are you referring to the shiny crank on this bike? In 94, the crank was available in black or silver. Here is an extra crank that came off my 94 Cuda Comp. If anyone wants it, let me know.
