Rode my motorcycle up to Kerr-Scott Lake this weekend to rally with some friends from back home in WV. Fortunately my wonderful girlfriend hauled all our camping gear (and the Cuda) so I could enjoy the twisties…
If anyone needs an excuse to visit the NC mountains, and I can’t imagine why you would, here is a great one; Warrior Creek/Over Mountain Victory Trail. Check out the Brushy Mountain Bicycle Club for more details, maps, photos, etc. The riding is incredible, the scenery magnificant, and the camping is top notch. I believe the area is even on the pro racing circuit now.
