93 UAV's were 21 speeds. The seat stays have that 24 speed decal and the seller indicates it is a 24 speed. If the UAV were made in 94.. Maybe.

I had a look at the bike section on the site and the only all black model I could see was the UAV 93, did they make the model for longer than the one year?

I dunno. But it looks like a Tange decal and a Tree Amigos decal on the seatpost. Try to get more pictures.
