Is this a Ross Hi- Tech - only $75 Philly

This looks like a hi-tech with roller cam brakes. If so appears to be a nice price at $75...to bad you need to be Shaq to ride it.

Early 1980 Classic Ross Mt. Hood Mountain Bike Large Frame 23 ¾ inch Chrome Frame. Can be ridden as is although needs a little tlc $75.00
