Manitou EFC

Good Morning All,

I am planning on swapping forks this weekend, no reason, just need something to tinker on. I am going to put the Manitou EFC on and was wondering what your guys experience has been with this fork. It seems to be in good shape as far as compression and rebound goes. Anyone have any manuals, guides, etc?
