Barracuda - Totally Driven!

I'm a bike noob with a 94 Barracuda Comp that I was lucky enough to find on CL for cheap. With the bike I received some extra elastomers for the original Manitou fork. I'd like to service the fork and maybe replace the old elastomers but I have no clue how to get it apart. Is there a how-to for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
