Just picked up this frame. Would like to use a first "major" rebuild project. Does anyone have the original specs? Also, owner said that it is a 1" head tube. Other info I've seen indicates 1 1/8". Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for the info. I'll keep you posted. Gonna get it bead blasted and powder coated then see where I go from there. I already have a 95 A2E that is pretty much stock so with this one can be a little creative. I'm glad I found this forum so you guys can help me!

Yeah, these early COMP's have a soft spot in my heart. Best of luck on the rebuild and you should be able to find all the info you need here someplace..
